  3. Cook pork shoulder in water for 30-45 minutes, then slice thinly.

  4. Cook rice noodles per package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

  5. Assemble the rolls by wetting rice paper, adding noodles, vegetables, herbs, pork belly slices, and shrimp, then rolling everything up.
