  3. Make sure your Greek yogurt is at room temperature. Add ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt to the warm gelatin mixture. Whisk in smooth, circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and uniform with no lumps. The mixture will look slightly bubbly at first. Allow it to sit for 2 to 3 minutes for the bubbles to settle.
