No-bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites
  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.

  2. Spread mixture on half of the pretzels and top with remaining pretzels.

  3. Melt caramels with milk in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  4. Spoon caramel over pretzel sandwiches and chill for 10 minutes.

  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until glossy.

  6. Coat each pretzel bite halfway in chocolate, place on parchment paper.

  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chocolate sets.

  8. Refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
