Heat oven to 425° F, mix Bisquick and cold water until dough is soft.
Spread onto an ungreased 12" pizza pan or 13"x9" cookie sheet, spread cheese on one half of the dough.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Remove and cut crust in half, place ham which has been heated onto the half covered in cheese, on the other half place sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
Press the two halves together, cut into 2-3 wedges, serve.
