Chipotle Bowl
  1. Drizzle chicken breasts with 1 tsp olive oil and season with salt, pepper. Massage in 2 tbsp fresh oregano, 4 minced garlic cloves, the juice & zest of 1 large lemon, 1 tbsp smoked paprika. Marinate overnight if possible.

  2. Bring a pan to medium heat, add the chicken for 3 mins on first side with lid on, flip, cook for 8 more mins with the lid on, let rest for 5 mins, then cut them into cubes.

  3. Boil 8 oz of Kaizen low-carb rice.

  4. Use ¼ cup organic black soy beans.

  5. Use ½ small avocado instead of guac.

  6. Use ½ serving of shredded cheese.

  7. Make a chipotle yogurt sauce by mixing ¾ cup thick Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp adobo pepper sauce, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp chipotle powder.

  8. Add shredded lettuce, fresh cilantro, and cucumbers.
