Baked-lemony Halibut
  1. Preheat the oven to 420F (220C).

  2. Line an oven-safe pan with parchment paper and place the halibut on top.

  3. Using a tablespoon, pour the honey mustard sauce evenly over the fish.

  4. Sprinkle the nutty herb garnish on top.

  5. Place the halved limes and whole garlic bulb around the fish.

  6. Cover the fish with a wet piece of parchment paper.

  7. Bake it in the oven on 420F for 20 minutes.

  8. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
