Homemade Beef Summer Sausage
  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and thoroughly combine

  2. Divide the mixture in half and wrap each portion with plastic wrap

  3. Shape into log form approximately 6-7 inches long

  4. Place in a container in the fridge for 24 hours

  5. Unwrap the logs and place them on a sheet pan

  6. Bake for 2 hours at 275°F

  7. Remove from oven and cool in the fridge

  8. Slice and serve
