PIZZA- Chicken Bacon Chipotle Ranch
  1. Preheat your oven to 500℉ and place an empty cast iron skillet inside for 20 minutes.

  2. While the oven heats, use your hands to shape the pizza dough into an 8×8 or 10×10 inch circle, depending on your skillet size.

  3. After 20 minutes, carefully take the hot skillet out of the oven and use paper towels to coat the pan with olive oil, being cautious as it will be very hot.

  4. Transfer the dough to the skillet, ensuring both the dough and rolling pin are well-floured to prevent sticking. Shape the dough to fit the pan, allowing the edges to rise naturally.

  5. Spread the SideDish Chipotle Ranch evenly over the dough.

  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella and white cheddar cheeses on top, then add the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, jalapeño slices, and red onion.

  7. Place the skillet back in the oven and bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

  8. Once done, remove the skillet from the oven and let the pizza cool in the skillet for 5 minutes.

  9. Carefully slide the pizza onto a cutting board and allow it to cool for another 5 minutes.

  10. Drizzle with additional SideDish Chipotle Ranch, slice, serve, and enjoy!
