  1. Cook the Korean BBQ beef in the slow cooker on low for ~6 hours or high for ~4 hours.

  2. Make the spicy cream sauce by mixing the yogurt, gochujang, chili crisp, milk, salt and pepper.

  3. Serve the Korean BBQ beef over rice and top with the spicy cream sauce, sesame seeds and green onions.
