Preheat oven to 350°F.
Into a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups oats, 1 cup protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ cup stevia (or ½ cup sugar). Mix well.
Next, add in ½ cup + 2 tbsp of melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and ½ cup of chocolate chips. Mix the dough well.
Roll into 11-12 equal-sized balls, wet your hands, and press flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
