Cook ½ a lb of pasta in salted water until al dente.
Add 2 tbsp of butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat.
Add ½ a diced onion and 3 cloves minced garlic.
Salt and let cook for a few minutes.
Add 8 oz ground Italian sausage to a pan and season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, paprika and basil. Cook until browned.
Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste and mix into the sausage.
Add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Then add another ½ cup of heavy cream along with the same seasonings used for the sausage.
Add ¼ a cup of Parm, ½ a cup of Asiago and ½ a cup mozzarella cheese with a dash of pasta water.
Mix until combined then add a handful of fresh basil and extra Parm! (fresh burrata too if you’re feeling extra cheesy!) enjoy!
