Broccoli With Lemon And Parmesan
  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil for the broccoli and add a little salt.

  2. Cook the broccoli until the stalk is tender then drain and return to the pan.

  3. Stir in the lemon juice and toss to coat.

  4. Tip into a warmed bowl and add the parmesan flakes and the olive oil.

  5. Toss well so some of the flakes start to melt.

  6. Add pepper and more salt if needed.
