Bring a pan of water to the boil for the broccoli and add a little salt.
Cook the broccoli until the stalk is tender then drain and return to the pan.
Stir in the lemon juice and toss to coat.
Tip into a warmed bowl and add the parmesan flakes and the olive oil.
Toss well so some of the flakes start to melt.
Add pepper and more salt if needed.
