Mongolian Meatballs Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the meatball ingredients until well-combined.

  3. Spoon the meat mixture with a one tablespoon cookie scoop, shape it into balls, and arrange onto 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add all the sauce ingredients to the pan and stir until well blended. Bring to a simmer and continue cooking until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes.

  6. When meatballs have finished cooking, add half of them into the pan with the sauce and gently coat each meatball in the sauce.

  7. Transfer the glazed meatballs to a serving dish and repeat with the remaining ones.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve with toothpicks or mini forks.
