    To serve

  1. Roughly chop the zucchini, bell peppers and onion; slice the cherry tomatoes

  2. Add the vegetables, gnocchi and lentils to a baking tray, cover generously with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and , combine and roast in the oven at 200° until soft.

  3. Assemble the tahini drizzle by combining the ingredients in a separate bowl

  4. Serve the gnocchi, drizzle the sauce over and garnish with pickled onions and parsley
