Chop chicken breast into cubes, add cayenne pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and even coat egg white mixture on chicken breasts.
Over medium heat in a sauté pan add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Once melted, add in chicken and brown evenly. Only cook your chicken partially, so it can continue to cook in the sauce.
Empty the chicken out onto a plate and set the skillet back on the heat. Add the contents for the sauce to the pan and after the sauce begins to simmer, reduce the heat to medium-low and stir continuously. Toss in the browned chicken pieces and coat the pieces in the sauce. Cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, until sizzling.
Garnish with fresh Scallions or Green Onions (chopped) and Sesame seeds.
