Add the sauce ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a container, add cornflour, salt and pepper then add the sliced tofu, cover and give it a shake.
Heat up a pan with a little oil then fry the tofu until all crispy. Remove.
Add the sauce to the pan to warm up then add the tofu and coat in the sauce.
Serve up with some rice, mango and avocado salad then enjoy!!
