Chorizo And Chickpea Soup
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and add onion, fennel and chorizo

  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are softened

  3. Add chickpeas and stock

  4. Place a lid on top and cook for 10 minutes

  5. Add pasta and cook for 2 minutes less than the packet says

  6. Serve with chilli and parmesan
