  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice the sourdough loaf in a crosshatch pattern, cutting 1-inch slices without going through the bottom.

  3. Stuff Brie cubes and cranberry sauce into the cuts of the bread evenly.

  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and thyme. Drizzle over the bread.

  5. Cover the bread with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, serve warm, and enjoy.
