Start by preparing two chili peppers and a large piece of ginger.
In a pan, melt a knob of butter over low to medium heat for about two minutes.
Slice around ten pieces of garlic and add them to the pan.
Pour in a cup of honey, the juice from one orange, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Chop a bunch of green onions and add them to the mixture.
Allow this mixture to cook on low heat for ten minutes until it thickens.
Cut the chicken thighs into small cubes and season them with salt.
Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch and drizzle some oil over them.
Place the chicken in the oven or air fryer at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
Once the chicken is crispy, toss it into the sauce.
Garnish with additional chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve the dish alongside sticky rice.
