Cabbage With Potatoes And Carrots
  1. Cut the cabbage head in half, and then cut each half into 3-4 wedges each.

  2. Place the cabbage wedges in a baking dish and place the potatoes and carrots around them.

  3. Season the vegetables with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Using a pastry brush, brush the cabbage and vegetables carefully with oil.

  5. Pour the broth under the vegetables and then cover the whole baking dish with aluminum foil.

  6. Now bake everything for 1 hour at 375°F. Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
