Cut the cabbage head in half, and then cut each half into 3-4 wedges each.
Place the cabbage wedges in a baking dish and place the potatoes and carrots around them.
Season the vegetables with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Using a pastry brush, brush the cabbage and vegetables carefully with oil.
Pour the broth under the vegetables and then cover the whole baking dish with aluminum foil.
Now bake everything for 1 hour at 375°F. Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
