Korean Corn Cheese
  1. Finely slice the white parts of your scallions and set aside the green parts for garnish.

  2. In a mixing bowl combine corn, scallion whites, mayo, cheese, sugar, salt, and black pepper, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Place your mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  4. Serve warm, and optionally garnish with scallion greens and bacon bits.
