The Spring's Pad Thai Salad - a copycat recipe
  1. Blend together the following to make dressing: juice of two limes, brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, chili flakes, and vegetable oil

  2. Combine mixed greens, shredded carrots, green onions, peanuts, cooked chicken, radishes, and cucumbers in a large bowl

  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine
