High Protein Ravioli Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375F and spray your baking pan with oil and cook your ravioli according to the instructions on the package

  2. In a large sauce pan, cook your meat until fully browned and then pour your marinara sauce over the cooked meat

  3. In a bowl, combine your cottage cheese and ricotta cheese until fully mixed together

  4. In a 9x13 baking pan, pour 1 cup meat mixture then half the cooked ravioli, 1 cup cottage cheese/ricotta mixture and top with 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella then layer again and top with Parmesan cheese

  5. Cover with the lid or aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly

  6. Allow to cook and serve with favorite sides
