Easy Glazed Ham And Cheese Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add brown sugar, preserves, mustard and vinegar

  3. Cook down for about 3 minutes, until thickened into a glaze

  4. Peel biscuits in half

  5. In a greased 12-cup muffin tin, add one half of the biscuit and brush with glaze

  6. Top with 2 to 3 ham slices, brush with more glaze

  7. Top with cheese and finish with the remaining half of each biscuit

  8. Brush with butter and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes

  9. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes and serve
