  1. start cooking protein pasta in salted water according to the package's directions.

  2. combine cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, mac and cheese powder, buffalo sauce, and milk in a blender until completely smooth.

  3. dice chicken breasts into cubes, transfer to a bowl, add in seasonings and cornstarch, and mix it all together.
