In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
Add dry mixture to wet mixture in two increments, gently folding until just combined
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet
Bake at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes, until golden peaks appear
Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar
