  1. Pour the tin of mandarins and juice into a plastic container then cover it with a lid and freeze until solid.

  2. Tap the box upside down to get the frozen mandarin block out. Chop it up with a big knife.

  3. Add it to the blender along, blend briefly, add a dash of cold water and a squeeze of honey and blend until its smooth.

  4. Pour or spoon into a glass and enjoy!!
