Swedish Braided Bread
  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Put milk, water and butter in bowl, heat in microwave for 1 ½ mins or until melted.

  3. Allow to cool slightly before adding to dry ingredients.

  4. Mix until fully incorporated and then knead for 5 minutes.

  5. Cover and let rise for 30- 45 mins until doubled in size.

  6. Cut dough into three pieces and braid.

  7. Allow to rise for another 30 mins.

  8. Apply an egg wash and bake at 375F for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
