Green Chilli / Chili
  1. Brown all sides of meat on high using EVOO. Salt and pepper meat, then turn

  2. Cover meat with stock and water

  3. Bring to boil, then turn down to low

  4. Simmer 4-6 hrs or until meat falls apart

  5. Pull meat out and shred. Add it back into pot

  6. Once meat is cooked, in separate pan, saute chili and spices in EVOO

  7. Add everything into pot

  8. Take about 1.5 cups of hot stock and mix with flour

  9. Add back into pot and simmer for 1 hr
