Gin & Tonic Truffles
  1. Combine gin and tonic water in a small bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

  3. Fold in lemon zest and the gin-tonic mixture.

  4. Scoop mixture and roll into balls.

  5. Melt white chocolate and dip the balls into the chocolate to coat.

  6. Allow to set before serving.
