2 Ingredient Kefir Bread Rolls
  1. Preheat oven to 180c

  2. In a large bowl combine the kefir and self-raising flour

  3. If too sticky slowly add some more flour

  4. Form a large dough and split equally into 7-8 wedges

  5. Roll into balls and add to a prepared baking sheet

  6. Flatten balls slightly

  7. Brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
