Cottage Cheese Microwave Brownie (gluten Free, High Protein)
  1. Lightly grease a small ramekin (or dish) with oil.

  2. In a high speed blender, add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the dish and top with chocolate chips.
