Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C/gas mark 6.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Split the puff pastry sheet into three pieces and roll each piece out, making it wider.
Mix the sausage meat, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper together. Split into three equal portions.
Roll each portion into a sausage shape as long as the pastry sheet, roll it in flour, and lay it along one edge of the pastry.
Using the beaten egg, wash the opposite edge and roll the sausage up in the pastry. When rolled up, crimp the join carefully with a fork.
Cut each master roll into three pieces, and score each baby roll on the top twice diagonally.
Place the nine baby rolls evenly on the baking tray and brush the top with egg wash.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
