Teriyaki Blackstone Chicken Tenders
  1. Season the chicken tenders. Coat the chicken tenders with the avocado oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Cooking the chicken tenders. Preheat Blackstone to medium high heat. Once hot, add chicken tenders. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until the chicken tenders reach an internal temperature of 165F.

  3. Apply the teriyaki sauce. Turn the Blackstone griddle off, but don't remove the tenders. Coat the chicken tenders with sauce and cover for 1 minute. This allows the sauce to thicken.

  4. Remove chicken from griddle. Carefully remove the chicken tenders from the flat top grill. Wait 5 minutes before cutting or eating.
