Cook the chicken using your preferred method (I air fried mine) and chop into small pieces.
Add the chicken and remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully combined. If the mixture is too thin, add an extra 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour.
Form into roughly 4-inch patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
