Add your choice of cheese on top

Whisk the drizzle ingredients until smooth and creamy
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired
Assemble the bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, beef mixture, and cheese
Drizzle the honey-lime sauce generously over the top
