Chicken Apple Sausage
  1. In a medium or large bowl, add ground chicken, apple, onion, garlic powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix to combine. Form sausage mixture into 11 equal-size patties (about 2 ounces each).

  2. Heat up a large skillet or cast iron over medium heat. Add oil and let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add chicken patties in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Serve with your favorite breakfast items and enjoy!
