Cowboy Butter
  1. Heat a medium pot or skillet on medium heat. Melt butter halfway while reducing heat (this gives the perfect consistency), then turn off heat.

  2. Add in Garlic, Shallots, Paprika, Cayenne, Red Pepper Flakes, Dijon Mustard and Worcestershire. Whisk everything together until incorporated.

  3. Add Parsley and Scallions add a pinch of salt taste and adjust.
