Sweet & Spicy Salmon Bowls
  1. Combine the salmon, honey, miso paste, soy sauce, ginger, water and corn flour in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cucumber, jalapeño, coriander, avocado, olive oil and salt to make the salsa.

  3. Serve the salmon over jasmine rice, topped with the salsa and garnished with edamame and black sesame seeds.
