  1. Mix 150g lactose free yoghurt with 1 tsp psyllium, 1 tsp cocoa powder and 2 tsp maple syrup.

  2. Top with melted dark chocolate.

  3. Have a glass of water alongside it. 150 cals 15g protein 5g fibre
