Homemade No-bake Twix Bars
  1. Blend 1 cup walnuts and 1 cup dates and press into a dish for the base.

  2. Blend 1 cup cashews, ¼ cup coconut oil, ¼ cup maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla for the caramel layer and spread on top of the base.

  3. Melt dark chocolate and pour over the caramel layer, then freeze.
