Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is fully browned and crumbled, about 6-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in half of the chopped bacon and remove the skillet from heat.
Start with a thin layer of cheese sauce at the bottom of your baking dish. Place 3-4 noodles in a single layer over the sauce.
Add a third of the beef and bacon mixture, spreading it evenly over the noodles. Top with a quarter of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and spoon over more cheese sauce.
Repeat the layers, ending with noodles, remaining sauce, and a generous sprinkle of both cheeses. Scatter the remaining bacon evenly on top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let the lasagna set for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
