Moroccan Style Seasoning Tofu
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess liquid

  2. I like to tear the tofu into meaty chunks rather than cut cubes

  3. Make up the spice mix in a Tupperware

  4. Coat the tofu well

  5. I prefer to sauté in a little oil to slightly brown

  6. Serve in dishes such as Tagine - see my blog for recipe
