Mom’s Chx Noodle Soup
  1. Saute celery, onion and put aside

  2. Put water, chicken, celery leaves and thyme in pot with peeled carrots

  3. Boil then simmer for 1 hour

  4. Take out carrots and chicken

  5. Strain liquid and put back in pot

  6. Slice carrots and chicken and return to pot

  7. Add 4/6 bouillons to taste

  8. Add celery onion mixture to soup with noodles and parsley

  9. Simmer 30 minutes
