Sriracha-soy Chicken Thigh Marinade
  1. Whisk together soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, and cilantro.

  2. Combine marinade and 4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken thighs in a large glass or ceramic bowl.

  3. Toss until chicken is evenly coated, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours, stirring and flipping the chicken periodically.

  4. Cook chicken using desired method.
