Mix everything in a bowl until a dough forms (if the dough is too soft sprinkle a little extra almond flour)
Roll out on a sheet of parchment. If too sticky or hard to work with, pop into the freezer for 10 mins
Cut into shapes, or shape into rounds and press down with a fork
Optional: use dye free sprinkles and gently press them into the tops
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins until slightly golden
Let cool completely
