Easy Healthy Sugar Cookies
  1. Mix everything in a bowl until a dough forms (if the dough is too soft sprinkle a little extra almond flour)

  2. Roll out on a sheet of parchment. If too sticky or hard to work with, pop into the freezer for 10 mins

  3. Cut into shapes, or shape into rounds and press down with a fork

  4. Optional: use dye free sprinkles and gently press them into the tops

  5. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins until slightly golden

  6. Let cool completely
