Paneer & Capsicum Masala
  1. In a bowl, add oil, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and chaat masala. Mix well.

  2. Add paneer cubes, onion, and capsicum. Coat everything well with the masala.

  3. In another bowl, add curd, gram flour, chilli powder, pepper powder, and kasuri methi. Mix well without lumps.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan. Add the coated paneer mixture and roast on high flame until the paneer turns golden. Remove and keep aside.

  5. In the same pan, add ½ tsp butter, jeera, fennel seeds, chopped garlic cloves, and green chillies. Sauté well.

  6. Pour in the curd mixture and cook for 5-10 minutes.

  7. Add the cashew paste and mix well.

  8. Now add the roasted paneer mixture. Cook for another 10 minutes until everything blends well.

  9. Paneer & Capsicum Subji is ready to serve.
