Let the butter sit at room temperature until very soft and creamy
In a bowl combine softened butter, honey, cranberry sauce (or chopped dried cranberries), orange zest, a tiny pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
Beat together with a spatula or mixer until smooth, fluffy, and beautifully pink
Transfer to a small ramekin, jar, or roll into a log using plastic wrap
Chill for 20–30 minutes to firm slightly or serve immediately
