  1. Score the fat on top of the 750g unsmoked gammon.

  2. Wrap the joint loosely in tin foil, so the foil doesn't touch the fat or it will stick.

  3. Cook it on 170C for 35 minutes in the airfryer, then without foil for 22 minutes (you can add glaze at this point if you like).

  4. Check it's cooked through. Leave to cool before slicing.
