Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oats
  1. Blend the jumbo oats until they achieve a cake-like texture, or use oat flour if you have it.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, egg whites, natural yoghurt, and lemon zest.

  3. Gently fold in the blueberries into the mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven until the top is set and golden.

  6. For the cheesecake topping, mix the cream cheese with sweetener until it becomes smooth.

  7. Once the baked oats are finished, let them cool slightly before adding the cheesecake topping and the additional blueberries on top.
